Product feed plugin for WordPress – accepted!

Our free product feed plugin in the Wordpress plugin directory.

Well then, there we go. Product Feed Silver has just been accepted as a ‘real’ WordPress plugin. We’ve been added to the WordPress plugin directory. Our very first plugin for the public in fact. That’s very cool, but now we need some users to get some feedback!

We’ve already defined the following points to be urgent to-do’s:

  • clean up the user interface: aim for simplicity
  • add input validation in the admin panel, with immediate feedback
  • research a solution which will enable multiple Google Product Categories for the product feed

So we’re set for the next couple of weeks. However we would love the extra input so we can determine what to work on after the above three points are released.

The whole goal of this project is to offer small webshops and starting businesses the same marketing opportunities as the big boys. So we’ve uploaded Product Feed Silver as a free plugin to the WordPress directory. Grab your Free WordPress Product Feed Plugin here.

After installing you can submit your feedback to us through a Google Form. Via the settings panel (tab ‘want more options?’) there’s a link directly to the feedback form, which will get submitted straight to our mailbox and will only cost you three to five minutes.
